Gannon’s Isle Downtown is located in the Dey’s Centennial Building at 401 South Salina St. There is also an entrance located on East Jefferson St. We’ll be open today until 8 o’clock. See you there!

We’re getting in ingredients to make the rest of our award winning flavors. There will be more flavors coming in the days ahead. Our ice cream maker is hard at work. Gannon’s is Expanding!
We are so excited to announce Gannon’s will be expanding to downtown Syracuse this Spring! Look for us in the Dey’s Centennial Building by mid-April. We promise to keep you updated on the progress via Facebook and Twitter. In the mean time check out the write up on Syracuse.com. We can’t way to share our products at the new location with all of our loyal customers.

End of the Season Update
Our new fall hours are 12-8pm Sunday through Saturday. Our last day of the season will be November 17th. We’ll stay open until the ice cream is gone that day! Come on down and stock up on pints and quarts for your freezer this winter before it’s too late! We’ll keep you posted on our website, Facebook and Twitter when we will open in 2013!
Gannon’s Ice Cream Midsummer Classic
Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for a new Gannon’s tradition. We are proud to announce the Gannon’s Ice Cream Midsummer Classic. On August 6th the 32 top flavors of last year, excluding vanilla and chocolate, will go head to head in an all out battle for the title of “Chillin’ Champion.” The round of 32 will have two matches each day for eight days, the next round will have eight match-ups over eight days, the next will have four match-ups over four days and the next round will have 2 match-ups over two days each. The final round will decide the champion and will last for three days. Come in at any time during the Midsummer Classic and tell your scooper that you would like to sample the flavor match-up of the day, and then cast your vote for your favorite flavors. You will be able to see each flavor’s progress on the bracket in the window of our 1525 Valley Drive location. We will also be holding a bracket challenge. Stop in and fill out your own bracket, the top five brackets will win a “Chillin’ Champion” hoodie and will be posted with our bracket in the store. We will also be giving away Midsummer Classic T-Shirts on our Facebook Page so be sure to check there frequently to see when a giveaway is happening. Tips for Tess!
Tips for Tess week is fast approaching! We have a tradition here at Gannon’s Isle that one week out of the year our scoopers donate their tips to help fight Cystic Fibrosis. This week is very special to all of us at Gannon’s and we want you to be a part of it. This is the only week out of the year that we will ask you to tip well, but before we do we want to share some of the story behind Tips for Tess week with you.
Eleven years ago Tess Michaels was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. The Gannon’s are close friends with the Michaels’ and have helped raise money to fight Cystic Fibrosis each year. In honor of Tess they named the week of donations, Tips for Tess week!
This year we are having a kick off party for Tips for Tess week on June 16th and you are invited! We will have a fantastic bubble show, face painting, and caricatures by J.P. Crangle, the artist who created our beautiful murals! Come grab a tasty treat and help us fight Cystic Fibrosis. Any money you put in our tip jar will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Gannon’s will match the total amount donated, up to $1000.
